ingat x yang beli cinch inch +lecithin tu..hehe..progress so far so good....cinch tu best gak..saya minum ngan low fat milk..ok..nani minum cm akak ajar tu antara breakfast n lunch..pastu kan akak suruh makan sikit2 kan..ade 1hari tu saya mmg xmakan ape2 after minum tu...xlapar..xrasa nak makan.but i take dinner b4 7pm..just a very light dinner.n b4 tdo saya makan lecithin..pastu, saya nyer digest mmg lancar,buang air besar a few times a day..buang air kecik mmg byk kali pon sbb minum air min 2L per day.so i really hope it works 2loss weight

hari ni nani minum cinch around 11.30am, and xmakan ape2 until 6pm baru minum sup.coz xlapar pun...

akak,smlm nyer progress, minum dalam kol 11am,lunch mkn popia 3kg je sbb dah kenyang.. eh..makan popia 3ketul je..hehe..slah type..pastu kenyang sampai kul7.30pm baru dinner makan sup sayur without rice.hirup sup je.hehe.yg bestnyer cinch ni,wat perut nani xlapar giler pg2.sbb biasa perut bgn dulu....kdg2 kul6pg tu dh lapar giler.sbb perut bangun dulu.tp skang xdah.dh ok.hehe..i like

gud news..i lost 1.5kg..hehe.. in about 1week la..ok la tu akak kan?hihi

pinggang dah kurang 1inch la akak..hehe
